Maya had her 2 month doctor's appointment today. She is 11 lbs 8 oz and 23" long. Jadyn was 11 lbs 1 oz at this age. Maya had to get 5 shots. It is so hard to watch the girls get shots...I get teary eyed every time. She is so sweet that eventhough she was in pain she cooed at me and gave me a big smile. She also laughed for the first time in the waiting area. She is such a happy girl.
While we were there, I asked the doctor about the flu vaccine for Jadyn. She said we could get the flumist (a nasal spray) for her and we could do it today. Jadyn didn't mind it at all. I told Nathan he should get the mist this year since he is deathly afraid of needles!

Way to go Maya! I thought kids Jadyn's age were supposed to get the shot? Oh well, whatever works.
Well, the doctor said anyone over 2 can have the flumist so I opted for that for her.
I'm going to ask for that for Marissa this year. Riley can't have it because he has "wheezed" before, whatever that means.
CUTE new blog by the way. I love the title and I'm glad you post frequently so we can keep up with what the girls are doing. Ryan keeps bugging me to post more but it's so hard!
