Wiggle & Giggle and Beauty Parlor!

We decided to use some Christmas money (thanks Grandma Ann & Papa) to let Jadyn take an introduction dance class. It is a class for 3-5 year olds called Wiggle & Giggle. Jadyn has been so excited to start and was greatly disappointed when her first class was canceled last week due to weather. As we were heading into class today (albeit it a little late...I now understand why people with multiple children are usually running a few minutes behind!), she said, "Let's hurry Mom, I am ready to get my wiggles out!".

She was so cute in the class. There were four little girls. Since Jadyn just turned three, she is the youngest and smallest in the class by far. Her poor little legs can't keep up with the other girls. It was so cute to see her try though! She kept looking over at me for reassurance when her teacher would ask her to do something. She loved the class and can't wait until next week!

Here is Jadyn before her dance class with her hair in a bun and little ballet slippers on.

This afternoon, our friend Alicia and Jadyn played beauty parlor. This is one of Jadyn's favorite activities. In case you weren't aware, playing beauty parlor consists of Jadyn putting as many bows as she can fit in your hair. Alicia fell victim to this today. I was surprised today at how well Jadyn can put the bows in. She has really improved since our last visit to the "beauty parlor". Just watch out if she offers to play with you: I advise taking them out yourself or you may lose all your hair!

I think Jayden should do Alicia's hair for Church on Sunday. Livvy loves to play beauty parlor too, she'll yell at Luke to hold still while she tries to put pretties in his hair. Livvy and Jayden should play together.

Your little Jayden all grown up and off to dance class! How fun! Do you like it as much as she does? Love the pics.

I love it! I also gained tolerance for lateness since having kids. Only for people with kids though. Husbands and those without kids in tow don't get any!

You'll have to keep posting all about dance class; I've wondered about putting Eva in. It sounds so fun.
How many of those bows did you make yourself? Jayden was lucky to have a "customer" with so much hair.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. It was fun to find yours and see what you guys have been up to. You have 2 beautiful little girls and it sounds like you guys have had some fun holiday visiting. It was fun to see your siblings too in some of the pictures. It is kind of sad that my mom is in the
2nd ward now so when we go visit, we don't get to see everyone we grew up with. Cute family!!!
