Christmas Day

We had a nice, relaxing Christmas with just the four of us. We opened gifts and then had breakfast casserole and a birthday cake (coffecake actually :) for Jesus. Then, we just played and relaxed. Everyone (even Nathan!) got a nap that day. Then, our friend Derek and Alicia joined up with us for our traditional make your own pizza. It was a great day.

The dollhouse the girls received from Santa. Maya loves pushing the radio button on the minivan and dancing to the music. Jadyn loves to arrange all the furniture and play with the puppy figures.


Daddy and the girls watching Snow White and eating fruit snacks while Mom headed to take a bath and read a book! This was Maya's first experience with fruit snacks and she loves them. She will be disappointed when they run out because I never buy them. Jadyn was excited that Santa brought her fruit snacks, but she told me, "Mom, they are not healthy though". I wonder where she learned that from?
